SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our items worldwide via post offices in Sweden (Furniture excluded).
Luna Collective cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
You may be charged fee at the custom in your country, we cannot know beforehand if you’ll be charged or not, nor the amount. The customs duty is the recipient’s responsibility.
The shipping may take longer depending on country, standard shipping to the US for example might take up to a more than a month. Please feel free to email us regarding any inquires regarding your item and shipping.

*DELIVERY/ PICKUPS OF FURNITURE
Being at the beginning of our journey and working towards our dreams we kindly ask for you patience regarding warehousing and administrative work. Currently there is only two of us doing this in our spare the for the love of the arts and craft with the ambitions to one day take the next step.
We can help with delivery within Sweden for a fee, but as a customer you are responsible for the shipping charge.
You can also pickup bought furniture yourself at our storage after coming to an agreement via mail, time and date of pick up.
If you are abroad and want to place an order on an item of ours (this does not include furniture) you will pay the shipping fee and the tax.

It’s a motto and saying that rings true to our Luna Collective nature, which also means we gratefully embrace your donations.
Feel free to contact us regarding your donations of furniture, clothes and textiles.

Together we’ll come to an agreement on pickups and leaving of items and donations, taking into account our policies and regards about the environment.
When pickups of items and donations by us, we ask for your patience. Due to our policy, trying to limit the pollution and regard for nature we collect and pick up multiple items at once and on the same date at a specified time.
Same goes for regarding donations, so make sure to email us so we can agree on a date of collection or drop offs at our warehouse.
Again, we ask for your patience when planning a date where we can collect several things at the same time at specified dates and times.
RETURN POLICY
All our Vintage items are exactly that, old (used) and vintage so they are basically un returnable and are sold and bought with the flaws, irregularities and the conditions they come with. Meaning the conditions of each piece varies and each piece is one of a kind. Please send us an email if you have questions about our products.
This also goes for our recycled/ upcycled furniture.
By placing an order with us you have automatically accepted our terms and agreements.

PAYMENT METHOD
When finding something you like, please send us an email regarding the product you’d like to buy.
We accept pay pal and when you pay for your item/ items you are transferred to pay pal’s safe checkout as we don’t handle your credit card numbers.
If you live in Sweden you may also after comunication and agreement with us, use swish.
By placing an order with us you have automatically accepted our terms and agreements as well the conditions of each item.
